Request for Staging Account and Staging Mobile App
This section describes the process to request for Singpass Staging Accounts and Singpass Staging Mobile App for testing on the integration.
Step 1: Login to the Test Account Request Portal

Step 2: Fill up the details and submit a request
Select Account Type "Singpass Staging Test Account".

Fill in your Name, Email, and Company Name

Indicate your Client ID. This value is obtained from the Client ID field after saving your application details in the Singpass Developer Portal.

Select Test Account Request Type "Create New Test Account"

Indicate the Mobile Number and type of Staging Mobile App OS required

Click "Submit Now"
Step 3: Setup Singpass Staging Mobile App on your device
For Staging Singpass App (iOS), you should receive an email from no_reply@email.apple.com
For Staging Singpass App (Android), you should receive an email from no_reply@email.apple.com no-reply@mail.appcenter.ms
For Singpass Staging Login Credentials, you should receive an email from support_ieo@assurity.sg
